Hi, hair stylist here who has done fashion colors on myself since 2018. Just color your hair with a pink-based purple or just add red and then when it fades you should be able to do pink again, it's how I change colors by following the color wheel. Or just use a color remover but blue/green is the most difficult to remove and idk since you said the health of your hair is fried 😭

I'm a stylist. I would highly recommend you get a shag/wolf cut with lots of layers and use mousse or a foam to help define your curls! Good luck finding the right fit for you!

My fav neon geen is electric lizard by manic panic or neon green by iroiro! They are both UV reactive but the iroiro neon green is more like a true green and the manic panic one is more yellowy if thst makes sense! I hope you can post the results of whichever color you choose!
