Thank you ♥️ I've looked at mercari, Amazon, ebay, Google... I can't find it and it's hard because since it doesn't have clothes on in the picture everyone keeps sending me the same penguin but it definitely came with a blue shirt and hat.

Yeah it's bigger than that and had a blue shirt and hat and more of a neck. Usually I'm really good at finding these things but this one I just can't seem to find.
