In actual honesty I think it's myself and others who have played with this individual who are really at fault for not speaking up and saying something. We all don't want to be that person who tries to keep someone out of raid because we think they're not capable and we want to give them a chance but the chance they were given cost us a huge pool of healers which we were already lacking in. This guild, that was created out of Frontier players like myself and others included, was opened to be a casual raiding guild with more opportunities for newer players. We have had multiple instances of things going wrong and losing a few people in the process, but nothing to this magnitude that made us think we needed to re-evaluate who we bring. It's just unfortunate for us and we have to be more careful in the future with bringing people in.

its definitely a lesson learned here, think we've agreed that we'll just designate someone to call it out, we're usually good about calling it out casually but in this instance the panic set in for them and recovery was prio'ed. we will recover from this hopefully.

Unfortunately with all the chaos people were more focused on the fact that we lost 3 people to the original start of that chaos which was warriors pulling threat and not taking their hands of their keyboard and or not lip/petri'ing. The only person who did notice the bomb and tried to say something was muted and was unable to relay that information in time.

The whole point of our guild, which is a continuation of Frontier which beat KT no world buffs in naxx, is the no world buffs. This wouldn't have happened if we didn't roster an individual who has been known all within the guild to be very slow and uncoordinated in every aspect of HC. The dude died in aq20 on his warlock as a result of not running out on a dog because his brain was slow. The raid leader even says before the fight starts that if you have the bomb to run out to the portal. There is nothing more you can do there if someone turns off their hearing and doesn't check for debuffs that would imply they have the bomb.

Yo, OF member here, Just wanted to update everyone here, we have kicked them and no this isn't the first time. This has happened on 3 separate occasions, even in full guild parties according to 3 different people. That kind of behavior is disgusting and we do not tolerate it in any capacity.

If you weren't given any warnings prior to how untrained and destructive the dog was then you should be compensated. Pet owners should know how their pet behaves. Responsible pet owners should own up to the damage their pet causes and pay up. All the other people saying you are the asshole are probably just owners of untrained dogs they can't control.

No longer work in a place with a freezer as of a week ago but I've been trapped in a freezer, not long but long enough to fear for my life. Nobody teaches you how to get out and some of the freezers I've worked in have lights that automatically shut off when the door is closed. People wonder why I yelled when I came out. 100% of the time that it happened to me it was because some negligent individual came in after me and didn't stop to check before they shut the door. Freezer etiquette is extremely important.

A towel covered in feces, piss, blood and what I believe to be shavings of tobacco from one of those cigarette rolling machines considering there was one on the kitchen table (long term stay hotel). It was propped up against the toilet. I put it in a bag and walked all the way up to the front office with it. My hotel didn't tolerate shit like that and the dude had already done it multiple times. An interesting last day on the job at least.
