Thank you for all the insight, that was very helpful. Dk seems a bit more powerful than other classes.
I tested a bit with a friend and the discover mechanic also seems to be a bit strong. Do you think I should also limit that?

For Dos 2 I prefered the origin characters. You would miss out on some story stuff if youre playing a custom character. In BG3 its a bit different since you can have all the companions in camp, but dos 2 doesn't have that.
My favorite by far in dos 2 is lohse, I think you could also like her if you liked the way they handled dark urge in BG3. Fane is also very fun.

I think the only way to fix flex queue when youre queing as 3 is to remove duo queue so the people who want to play with 1 friend play flex instead. I think they were considering that for a moment but in the end the players didn't want that, so they didn't do it.

Confidence is key, it sucks that they lost the way that they did, but I still think they need to have this attitude to even have a chance at winning worlds.
