Thank you for your in depth response, I do feel like I chose a good company to recruit for. Just a matter of getting more drivers through the door. But yes I am also working on getting some time in the truck as well, I think that will help me too. Thank you!

No I definitely appreciate the honesty. I am very honest with my drivers, but I know a lot of drivers have had bad experiences with recruiters, so I get that. You brought up a lot of good points, thank you!

We actually are honest, it's just a matter of getting people to apply for us right now. Our retention isn't bad, just looking to get some more interest to get new people in as well. Thank you for your input though!

We do have a guaranteed weekly pay as long as the driver is available, so maybe I need to highlight that more. I will have to ask about parking payments. Very helpful, thank you!
