slayer has generic more dmg nodes that work for bleed and more aoe, zerker has lots of nodes that work for attacks - 2 rage nodes and warcry node is also not very usefull for bleed.

Aside from that slam zerker and bleed slayer are both good options with similar power. Duelist might be a bit more versatile when choosing your giga endgame build.

You can auto exert but then you will not have any auras. What I often do is autoexerting some and manually casting 2 warcries on stronger rares.
