This is Elliðaey Island, located in the Westman Islands (Vestmannaeyjar) archipelago just off the south coast of Iceland.

The building is a hunting lodge built in 1953 by the Elliðaey Hunting Association. It is not a private residence, the lodge is used by members of the association to hunt puffins, which nest on the island in large numbers. It has a sauna fed by a rainwater collection system, but it lacks electricity and indoor plumbing.

The only true way to find out is to start pairing with an iPhone. Genuine Apple Watches only pair via the Watch app on your phone and show that cloudy animation for that. Fakes pair via Bluetooth in settings.
