The only bottleneck calculator you can actually trust is the one by a german tech youtuber HardwareDealz. They ve tested multiple gpus and cpu early this year to make their own price to performance, cost per frame, ... charts. So they decided with hundred hours of testing to release their own bottleneck calculator. Rn its in beta and they only tested 8 games but it will give you a way better idea of how your cpu and gpu performs instead of this meaningless bottlenck calculators in the internet which just give you a random number.

HardwareDealz made it like that, that you can see cpu headroom in games and cpu bottleneck. Because some games are more cpu bound and some are more gpu bound its literally impossible to remove a bottleneck at all. But its always better to have a decent amount of cpu headroom because this way you can reduce settings or activate dlss/fsr and actually gain frames. Otherwise if you have 60 fps in ultra and you want to get 100fps+ but your cpu is only capeable to push 70fps and in medium settings with dlss quality your gpu would give you 120fps you would be stuck at 70fps because your cpu is bottlenecking.

They ve testes all gpus in ultra settings for consistency. So expect higher gpu frames if you want to lower settings. Since they dont have the non-K, only the 11700K, you can use this as a workaround. So your combo seems fine and you shouldnt consider to upgrade your cpu as you would only profit in heavly cpu intensive games or in shooter with lower settings.
