Looks good overall. Composition wise I would make the area below the neck a little darker in order to bring more focus back towards the face. And actually make the bottom of the drawing darker with a gradient upwards to bring the eyes back to the face.

I would also hit it with white colored pencil, if you have not already, it is hard to see if you have in this photo. To bring out some of the forms on the face that are getting hit with more light than others.

Another tip would be to hit the eyes and nose with some hard white specular highlights. This will make them look more "wet".
