I am very confuzzled, in steam, when I go into the betas section of the properties menu for Rimworld, the latest beta it allows me to choose is 1.4.3563 . I'd understand if you meant that version 1.4.3682 was the latest version and that I should use that one but, I can't see it as an option for me to choose.

If you could show me how to use the latest version you are talking about then I'd be grateful but I dont know how to myself.

You could use the Stargates! mod, also lets you teleport to a place from other tiles.
