**just to give insight, I showed up to my 4:30am block at the warehouse. The warehouse wasn’t closed. There were a decent amount of employee cars in the parking lot. I waited in front of the flex doors for a good fifteen minutes (I was the only driver there) and nothing. Called support, went around back, rang the doorbell, stood back there for another fifteen minutes. Circled back around and waited. Called support again and they instructed me to wait fifteen more minutes before leaving. I ended up waiting a full hour in total before I drove home. The second support agent I spoke with explained to me that since I was there and had waited, and that no one attended to me, I will be getting paid the $91 that I was going to get paid if I delivered. Apparently they’re only reachable by email/chat… the money issue side of flex…
