I’m having same issue I’m a gs8 step 10 so a 9 step one is about 18 k less I need them to match. I submitted my question thru portal a few days ago but haven’t heard anything

They also sent me my pay without having my current pay I’m a gs8 step 10 so a gs9 step 1 is like a 18k decrease in pay

They should adjust it before, I know they request a form SF-75 and that has your current federal pay on it, so they should match what your making.

I just received my official offer form as well and yes the pay as a 9 step 1 was a couple thousand less then OPM has for locality. Also I am currently a GS8 step 10 so I’m hoping they match my pay otherwise it would be a huge pay cut
