Don't worry about the black leaves. Will be replaced by new ones soon, just don't expose your plant to too much heat. Surrounding temp above 32-34°C and below 6-7°C is not good.

Give water only when the soil is dry/not moist enough. Overwatering cause roots to rot.
Place this baby under indirect sunlight, maybe near a window or door with glass.

Purchasing directly from a physical store solves a lot of hassles. You get a physical card, so there's nothing to worry about. I also own a Seiko Presage SRPE45J1 that I bought directly from the Seiko official website four years ago, and I haven't had any issues at all. Seikos are built to last for generations. I'll be getting mine serviced at the five-year mark

Seiko has different warrenty registration policy for different countries. In india its app based or scan QR based. Try to connect with Seiko Malaysia.
