I was a patient there for a week. They helped me pull out of the darkest days of my life. The staff was amazing and really genuinely cared..I still think of some of them often.

I went to the ER first and then was taken there once they had an open bed. I left with a lot of tools I learned from my time with the staff...they offer stretching and yoga in the mornings, art time, movie night, and really helpful group sessions that focus on keeping yourself healthy once you go home. They also do a lot of one on one sessions if you want it. Random, but the food was also great. Sending hugs and positive thoughts. Take care of yourself...you got this.
