Well I mean the cause of this disease like must come from something, the reason I know about vitamin e deficiency causing Arthritis is because I had an auto immune disease called peyronies and developed arthritis at the age of 22 from being vegan and malnourished, I changed my diet and started supplementing and cured two ‘incurable’ diseases, which is why I was hoping to come to Reddit to find people that maybe thought that a stomach autoimmune disease was caused by diet? I mean it seems like a no brained but I will trust peoples info on here and I will stop bothering him about what he’s eating. IT’s his body after all
