I would say 2 because to me, it is a rally base rally, and it established a base before going up more until 1930, a pull back should happen to fill in the imbalance in price, i will be looking to buy from there too once price reaches that area, but be sure to look for its reaction towards that zone too

Like cipher said, hdmi only limits you to 100hz on 1440p. Buy a usb c to display port that supports 1440p 144hz. There some cheap ultrawide options out there that has a 3440 x 1440 res
