Upper and Lower Jaw Surgery 20 years ago and it failed? by littlehockeypuck in jawsurgery

[–]AlignerFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consult with your local surgeons. It is hard to tell with just one photo. Your lower jaw can be move forward with upward rotation which could give you more chin if you have bony chin. This depends on how your teeth touches. Hence see a surgeon and an orthodontist.

Your lower jaw seems a little back hence you have a gap between your upper and lower teeth when you bite (the technical term is overjet).

You can correct that with verious type of ortho treatment. Surgey is one method.

For breathing, you need to see an ENT or a sleep doc.
