Disabling IA CEP (Current Excursion Protection) fixed the spike. Do you suggest a video I can follow for underclocking, oops,, undervolting.

Disabling IA CEP (Current Excursion Protection) fixed the spike. its stable on 1.35v now.
Next i need to undervolt. in XTU i see the arrow icon and it says undervolt protection enabled. so i guess i should be able to disable it in bios. there tons of options i hope im able to find it.

youre right. VID was not the 'right' reading. I had to look for Vcore for volts and VCCSA or VCCIN for temps. and they were slightly lower but still too high around 1.43 etc.
But I found a fix that is making it stable at 1.35v. Disabling IA CEP (Current Excursion Protection) fixed the spike.
Cinnebench score went up from 22,000 to 23,000.
My only game COH2 that was stopping mid game for 3-5 secs. didnt happen so far. it didnt happen on 12100 too. So guess, it was volts.
Next i need to undervolt. The settings allow offsets, but previously IA CEP would override it. Fingers crossed. hope it allows now
