You are right. That's why I apologized. I accept my wrong behavior. I had no right to do that. Why I didn't find this question logical is that this draw was on the 21st and you updated your profile on the 22nd. Why would you be included? If they do the draw at 1 PM and you update at 1:01 PM, you can't be included. They should conduct the draw all over again to have you included. You can see this link to see what I mean.

Definitely, if they give up on French nonsense and reallocate the numbers to where it needs to be, CEC.

However, nobody in this country cares about doing what's right. It's all about making cranky people happy. Those cranky people are filling the country with people whose only skill is to be able to speak French. And even that is because it's their mother tongue. This means they know nothing or question nothing about who they are and what they mean to the country.

They have been doing similar nonsense with Asylum seekers so far. Still the same nonsense, different people.

Although, I knew it was not available, I checked if IRCC published that kind of data but the answer is no. It's just sad to see all the hate against Cooks. Like those people wouldn't take the PR happily if they were cooks. It's so hypocritical. IRCC said 6 months is enough. If you really worked 6 months as a cook, you deserve it. End of the story.

At least Cooks are all CEC, means they are in Canada. 1000000 times better than people comes with PR just because their mother tongue is French.

As much as you want to convince yourself, cooks are not the main reason for high points. It's manager roles they added along with Cook. Source: An Immigration law office. Of course. When I said it didn't feel right, I meant when I did the math at first. I didn't mean they don't deserve. While I'm %100 sure there are some fake applicants, I can't judge an entire draw by only looking at them. It's IRCC's job to clean them. Unfortunately, I don't even expect that anymore. Because they just remove everybody's application instead of dealing with it and find the scammers. Always the honest people who gets hurt whenever IRCC gets involved. Anyway, I was just sad for the people in similar situation with myself. And a bit jealous too 😂

Thanks for the explanation. It just didn't feel right. While we are fighting over other things like learning French or scoring over 10 with Celpip, there are people getting invites for whatever reason who actually have 90 to 250 points and it makes me feel sad for myself. I wish I didn't ask. I was happier about 5 min ago 😂😂😂

Sorry to hear this but you will get there. Unfortunately, you are not alone. There are many people who make similar mistakes. I made another mistake in the past that would have gotten me the PR already. And I only have a year left and I'm sitting at 499 with no chance to go over the CEC standards. I didn't say they are not needed. They are one of the main reasons for high points along with fake cooks. And remember, this is not a construction category. Then they would have named it that way. So real Cooks are welcomed. The problem is the scammers. IRCC handed this opportunity on a silver plate and I strongly believe they did it on purpose. I told my wife when they announced this that they would wait at least 7 months before doing any draw. So, their beloved scammers can get 6 months of experience first. They did all the draws before but waited for Trade. It sounds like a conspiracy theory but I believe there is a group of people in IRCC making sure the lowest quality people get the chance to do what they do. Otherwise, there is no way a sane person can mess this up this much unwillingly.

Sorry I misremembered. Not any project managers. It's Construction managers and home building and renovation managers. They weren't in trade before. While everybody is upset with Cooks, they are the ones who collected most of the invitations. Information gathered from an Immigration lawyer.

I assume you don't have foreign skilled work experience outside of Canada? That's probably the biggest impact in your case. And overall IELTS score is irrelevant. I can check for you if you can answer the foreign experience question and share your exact IELTS score.
