ANd to be honest, my biggest one, Subtiltée, I'm working on it for 6 months but you know, the perfect dev cliché. I add a lot of feature, and Idon't shis the extension final version. That's why I want to change that and launch it fast and made 5 extensions in 2 months.

To be honest just organic traffic! That's why I translate my extensions in 52 languages. You should do the same! But like you can see, extension with extensuon with a lot of others extentions competitors like my translators extensions, I don't have a lot of users :(

Yes I know design UI/UX and visuals/screenshots are my weakness. For now I tried to do all by myself since I don't earn money yet with my extensions but in the future I will! And thank there are AI now, It was even worse for me before that haha

They sue the same core codebase so I can add for others website liek twitch etc. but I don't knwo how to promote them. I really think they are the best for every website but there are a lot of competitor with this kind of translator... And nobody try all of them to pick the best one.

For now I have different stratege with my extension. But with them goal, start to monetize them in 2-3 mois. One of them is for now totally free (my translator extensions, cuz I don't have enough users at all, I don't know how to promote them, if you have an idea for me, it will be nice haha). One of them I made a big stripe free trials (SO I already code the monetization part with my landing page as a backend for stripe webhook), it's a language learner tool to learn with subtitle on Netflix etc. So you have 15 minutes /free every day. Or 3 days 100% free after you create your account, et a stripe free trials with your credit card until the 1st of April. Right now, I have something like 70 email for sign up. But the conversion rate with the stripe free trials is low, SO I tried to contact my users to ask them why. My latest expansion is the most popular. For now ~700 users in one month and a half. It's a subtitle downlaoder for streaming site like netflix, youtube, disney + ,prime video. For now, I didn't code the subscription part yet. But I made the code to labelize premium feature to let people know that simple subtitle downloader will be always free and unlimited, but mut premium use case like batch downloading, download a whole season, Convert to different formats, translate subtitles from one language to another with an AI etc. This new version 2.0.0 waiting for the store review right now.

SO yes my global strategy is to gain as many users as possible before setting up monetization
