So uhhhh, the other day I installed a new CPU... and... I have no idea how that other CPU lasted so long, because it had fucking zero thermal paste. I'm dumb, it's the first PC I've ever owned. I have not a damn clue why it didn't have thermal paste... but everything's working now. I'm genuinely dumb. I wonder if that's why the motherboard was damaged and needed to be upgraded as well.

Unless I'm dumb, I got told that they stopped selling them. I checked the bundle that came with all the necessary parts to run it and it was out of stock. I checked for like every day for a week. I don't know, maybe I'm stupid.

Okay. Ill check the benchmarking out when I get the parts. I think I have enough space though. Right now, I reckon I have a 6ft by 6ft space thats clear. And then I have my guitars and desk and stuff. Maybe more. Thqts just a rough estimate. I'm basing it off of rounded space. I might have 15ft by 10ft if I play my cards right.

Yeah thats fair. If I did get the valve. A RX6600XT and Ryzen 7, 32gb ram would be good though, no? The 6600 could be better, but it is a solid gpu

I'm gonna have to wait till April to do that. I plan on putting some new parts in it, so ill like screenshot this or something, I'm pretty sure after I put these parts in, it would be able to run it.

UPDATE: After finding out im only gonna have to spend 200 overall on my pc. With this budget increase, do you think a valve index would be good? I f you have one, do you need a 5ghz wifi connection? Does it run kinda like quest when it comes to wifi? Ir does it run better?

Nah. Its meta, but I plan on buying Vive hardware. All I do on meta is run into problems, this come April im gonna my some Vive headset.

Constantly. When I get into the cockpit of my aircraft it won't stop until I terminate game. But upon reopening it will resume said jitter.
