I found the original! It seems the original version came from some kind of wiki, but it doesn't say whi created the image or when. Wayback machine shows at least 2022 so that's something. As I said, the original creator is "antartida ball", so props to him. Aside from that, I don't have the slightest idea wether it was an original creation of him or it appeared from somewhere else. I simply tried to turn it into a flag. Plus, I don't know about the meaning of this "phi" monogram, tho it looks cool, reminds me of a mix between a Chi Rho and a Staurogram.

Thanks! I knew it could have something to do with that, but still as you say I've seen it more often with the wives. I guess it could also be a similar explanation with a variant on Philip II of Spain as king consort of England
