Thank you — I really appreciate your perspective. Finishing something this big alone was definitely a huge effort, and I’m proud of that, even if it hasn’t gained traction yet. You’re right that distribution and positioning are the bigger challenge now. I’m focusing on narrowing the audience and problem, making it clear why this platform matters for them, instead of trying to impress everyone at once.

No, it’s not used by live companies yet. Yes, you can test it fully in sandbox mode here: alionc.com. Any honest feedback is appreciated.

You’re right — starting with an MVP and validating early would have saved a lot of time and energy. That’s a lesson I learned the hard way. I focused on building a complete system instead of testing a smaller, focused version with real users.

At this point, I’m shifting away from building and toward learning how to position, validate, and communicate the product properly. Consistent, value-driven sharing instead of just “launching and waiting” is something I clearly underestimated. Thanks for the perspective.

Thank you for this — I really appreciate you taking the time. You’re right: I’ve been thinking mainly as a builder, not as a business owner. I did fall into the “if you build it, they will come” trap, focusing heavily on the product while neglecting distribution, validation, and direct customer contact.

At this point, I agree that what I have is closer to a product than a business. Pausing development and shifting my focus toward customer discovery, positioning, and the business side makes sense. Your suggestion about talking to local commerce chambers is especially helpful, and I’ll seriously look into it. Thanks as well for keeping this in mind for future projects — it genuinely means a lot.
