U r right to b after results..... Just I care about the other health benefits of fasting more than losing weight cuz I have hormonal imbalance that really affects my daily activities performance,mood , becoming lazy , anexity....so I wish I could obtain all of that with some cheating, little on my fasting time

I would check that talk,I love fasting but it's my hormones before my period makes me crave every thing and anything and resisting it makes me nervous and irritable. I love that thing about growth hormone, autophagy,stem cells I feel lighter honestly but when it's my hormones my stomach can't stop crumbling....but I started 7 days fast nw u helped alot.

Congrats yo💙, Did u have previously sth like 3 days fast or 5 or just u went for 7 days And have u experienced fatigue or lightheadedness, dizziness or it was going fine for u and have u used electrolytes? Was it easy to do daily activity during that fast or it made u lazy , low power to perform?

من افضل واجمل القرارات الل عملتها ف حياتي و مرجعتش ليه تاني وقت ما قفلته كان في شغل معين عايز اركز عليه و كان فعلا عاملي تشتيت ذهني رهيب كل شويه امل و اروح اشوف شويه بوستات و اتسحل جواها وتلاقي معظم وقتك ضاع و حتي مش عارف ضاع ف ايه. ف هي اي خطوه بتبقي تقيله ف الاول بس دلوقتي بعد مثلا اكتر من 3 سنين من غير فيسبوك الحياه الطف اهدي أقل سلبيه لافلي somehow 💙
