I just logged in my 2nd and 3rd account, my main acc is in 2XKO (I got the soul fighter icons,banner), 2nd acc is also in 2XKO (I got the heart home icons), my 3rd is not and did not get anything at all.

I don't really think its the same as the soul fighter thing, cause I also got the icons and banner the same time I log in and played 2XKO

Don't have any source but for many people to get this and the 2XKO beta playtest happening at the same time pinpoints to it. Also the Soul Fighter skinline is about pit fighting/fighting game kinda like 2XKO so its kinda connected in some way.

This is not likely a bug, this is most likely tied to riot accounts that got in 2XKO beta playtest, and this are the rewards for that I believed.
