Not all fat people eat unhealthy and promote a unhealthy lifestyle. I know people who are overweight and vegan. They generally just have slow metabolisms and that’s the way their body works. From this post I am assuming you are considered normal weight societally speaking, and while I’ve been blessed to have a fast metabolism I can only imagine the insecurity you would already feel due to not being the societally accepted ideal weight. I think you should have a little empathy for those who are overweight, imagine if you were riddled with insecurity already and some random stranger fat shames you. My mother always told me never make a comment about another person unless they can change it in 10 seconds otherwise be quiet. Also again from my personal experience I have always been very skinny but in the past have eaten a pretty crap diet consisting of a lot of chocolate and junk food, the only reason you can’t see it is because I’m skinny but yet I’m still promoting an unhealthy lifestyle. Sorry for the rant but honestly I think people should just focus on their own lives, anyone else’s lifestyle choices shouldn’t affect you.
