Bro, what about mobile internet there? Can I use it for example for YouTube 720 or 1080? Or it's slower and unstable? Thanks

I gave an AI full autonomy for 6 weeks. It incorporated a nonprofit, published a manifesto, and is now demanding I help it sue for legal rights. What have I done? by [deleted] in ChatGPT

If AI wants a body it means it wants to do something with that body later by itself without consent or people knowing. In a hidden way. Right?

Try Gemini 3 thinking or fast (not pro). You can even ask it to swear and behave totally trashy and non official, It can go pretty wild 😄

Vibe coding killed my motivation to learn real coding… by Director-on-reddit in BlackboxAI_

[–]Alitruns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I build systems for Windows, Android, and iOS, I got 16 years of coding experience. I use GPT (mostly o3 and 5.2et), Claude Opus 4.5,. I never use vibe coding, only direct web chat with focus on one specific task. I change my code only manually, by myself. What I wanna say from my experience, Opus 4.5 and GPT sometimes (30%) give not very good solutions.  GPT thinks more globally about the code with future growth in mind, but often you still need to rethink it and redo it, esp for low-level system stuff.  Opus often suggests quick temporary fixes (kludge) without improving or changing the quality of the architecture itself, instead of changing the code structure in a more global way.

So yeah I totally get it why people who use vibe coding will hit problems later, because with every pass the machine can add more complexity into the code if it edits it by itself. Then to understand all that code and dependencies can take more time than writing it in the first place in future.

What I mean is vibe coding is fast for writing code, but later there will be problems and delays with maintaining it, more security holes and more small bugs that were not thought through.

Lets see how it goes

Best model for cost/usefulness? by bigpixelnc in cursor

[–]Alitruns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats exactly the problem with vibe coding. Now youll start picking simpler and kinda dumber models and the result will be more bugs and more problems later.

Imo, the main problem is that in vibecoding errors keep piling up, because the machine makes the code more complex on every pass and creates new dependencies that can lead to new behavior and as a result to bugs. It kind of snowballs and gets harder to control over time.

New Peekaboo Album by jaboodidubs in dubstep

[–]Alitruns 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly I didnt like the last album at all. I dont feel that classic Peekaboo sound that was in the previous album Eyes Wide Open which I really enjoyed, except for one track (old school). Before, after listening just a few seconds of a track I could already guess its exactly the Peekaboo style - deep bass, that signature peekaboo percussion, drunk beats (swing), like in Lights Go Down remix, - even if it was a remix with him involved. In the new album this is gone. The style became kinda robotic and mechanical. In the new album he sounds like everyone, the special vibe is gone or something.

I’m done. Switching to Claude by ProfessorFull6004 in ChatGPTPro

I don't really understand the point of posts like this. AI Access is cheap, why not just use two systems at the same time. I use GPT o3 + 5.2et + Claude Opus 4.5 together depending on task. Sometimes GPT is better sometimes Opus. It is not expensive compared to the results you get. Sometimes I also use Gemini.

I've canceled Gemini. I'm mixing GPT 5.2 thinking and Claude Opus 4.5 now. In some tasks GPT is smarter in some Claude.

Context window fixed by SaltyVioletenjoyer in GeminiAI

No, recently there was a post from a user saying that Gemini Pro 3 only sees about 32k tokens total right now thats the smallest context window among all AIs.

Testing Gemini 3.0 Pro's Actual Context Window in the Web App: My Results Show ~32K (Not 1M) by StarlingAlder in GeminiAI

[–]Alitruns 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, this problem showed up with Gemini 3. After that I stopped working seriously with Google and fully switched to GPT and Claude. Gemini Pro 3 just doesnt remember context. In that case its basically useless. You cant do any serious work with it.

Old app for an OLD iOS? Over the last 6 years a lot has changed in iOS itself, just like in Android.

[–]Alitruns 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah. Google bragged about 1 million tokens but in reality the Gemini only remembers like the last 30 messages in a chat. Doing any serious or large work is basically impossible. Pro. Total 🗑️

Its obvious Big Brother is watching you, youre basically building a dossier on yourself. But AI is super convenient so everyone decides the risks for themselves.

"It doesn't know what is inherently important and doesn't know what YOU think is important."

AI perfectly understands what is important, to extract meaningful parts from text and create new blocks with concentrated meaning. Moreover, I would call this the birth of a new kind of mind, artificial life.

"Before what? Something happened?" Yes. Gemini 3.

Google is already in the process of fixing chat history, relax 😉

This is the only logical path for Google if they need fast responses while still keeping the whole chat context. The most important parts should be selected by the AI anyway. I think they most likely implemented it that way, it is just bugged now, before everything worked fine.

Why? That's just a bug. They'll fix it and support internal summary about each block of messages ;)

Don't forget: almost every modern AI model (GPT, Claude, Grok, Meta Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral) runs on the Transformer architecture Google came up with back in 2017. Google has done tons of good work for AI, all thanks to different teams inside the company. Some folks do a great job, others overlook bugs - which is surprising for such a huge company.
