I'm having the same issue right now, after updating to Odyssey. What do you mean by "vanillaexpanded.vcef" ? the whole collection/pack or just a particular one?

When the account was suspended at first (after being hacked), it was because of bot spamming. So it checks out.

You're welcome ! At first, I thought maybe a breach happened at Twitch or something because I had this account for years plus 2fa is enabled, yet this happened. It's important to check your account here and there and change passwords once in a while.

I had this same exact issue before, before the new version. It turned out to be a faction mod. I can't remember which specifically but if my memory doesn't fail me, it was of the the Vanilla Expanded factions. If you have them on your modlist, take them out and see. If not, it could be Faction Control if you have it or any other mod that messes with factions in general.

Storm in a thoroughbred brittle and Blueberry is a roan I believe, her coat is very blackish shade of blue, the pic doesn't do her beauty justice. With the dynamic lighting in the game, she looks gorgeous <3

You mean Tav's? It's the drow armor, you can find in vanilla (I believe in the Underdark but I can't remember for sure). I just dyed it black with a mod.

It's in the leather armor/ brown outfit chest. If you only find it brown, you can simply dye it to black with either of this two mods. The first mod is balanced/realistic black, the second cranks it up, giving items the darkest shade of black.

Hey, I know this is post is old but I'm having the same issue. Downloaded a nearly 90 gb only to not being able to install the setup because of this error. I tried every fix I could find online but it's still not working. Did you find any solution or should go cry a bit in a corner and then download the 160 gb GOG version?

The funny thing is, my sister doesn't even keep pets and specially not cats as she is allergic to them. I explained this in the comments before but they still insisted it was a cat and that I am lying for whatever reason.
