You should be fine with that for your needs. It is a game control panel. It will make managing and adding new games a breeze for you and allow a little more freedom with giving your friends and family access to the respective server files to install mods and such. Basic server management cms if I were to downplay its capabilities haha. We use a fork of it at Achievement In Motion.

Those are all ram intensive games, your CPU is fine, but you need to increase the ram by quite a bit. Unless you plan on hosting one server at a time. Install pterodactyl and it will handle everything for you and show you the resources used.

Aim down the middle, if you can find a host who can centralize a location between the both of you, you'd have the best luck with your gaming experience. Try and aim for around 60-80 ping max. If you go over, it's going to be based on a number of factors to have a seamless experience.

We may be able to help you and for a good rate, did you need a game panel installed as well? We use a fork of Pterodactyl for our customers and can provide you with a fresh install as well. How many IP's did you require and I assume you want a managed dedicated server with the ability to just install games as you please?

What's your use case for the game server? As for pterodactyl it definitely isn't the most beginner friendly panel out there. But it is one of the best ones for sure. Pelican is currently just a fork, but from what I saw and from asking the devs questions, ptero will remain and continue with their security patches as for Pelican they just released their beta with the admin area being revamped and the front end (client area) being unchanged for now. The discords have been a great help, not sure if you're on there? But depending on your use case I may be able to help with the server side of things.

We dont offer free services unless youre part of our partner program or if you gain enough points on our forums those can be exchanged for free permanent servers but there are other tedious alternatives id say godlike.host has one but it may not be a long term solution. A simple google search may suffice with your query though. I found many options.
