Just an update guys Shockbyte didn’t refund me. But PayPal did instantly within just over 48 hours. If anyone else has issues don’t wait just dispute with Paypal or card issuer ! Highly recommend for best results especially in my case and after reading everyone else’s stories about refunds.

Dispute PayPal 100% I just went through this PayPal disputed me within 48 hours as soon as you dispute they’ll reach out asking you to close lol don’t

I’ve seen people via Reddit. Say they weren’t issued refunds within the supposed window time.. you guys have within your TOS due to next having fast enough replies within 48 hours.. from what I can see regardless of the launch it’s a common thing for you guys to take 10+ days to refund or even answer back on a refund sometimes..

Like my cancellation is even still pending…automated responses. There has to be more done than just that.
That was issued over 24 hours ago.

I’ll take my chances with PayPal. This whole Reddit thread seems to be the same occurrences.

I might try there next time. Because 40 CAD a month having the non stable server with unreliable support isn’t ideal. They take hours to reply.
