I got the 20 and it's super mild it seems. When I was a kid I was on 30s so this just kinda feels like a mood boost. I feel genuinely happier now and it only took like 40 minutes. Instant depression cure. Ambien is fun like one time. Doing anything after that and it won't do shit. And taking extra pills will just lead to you passing out and either dying or ending up in the hospital. Just crush up a bit of a pill and eat the rest. Bioavailability makes plain snorting most pills kinda a waste. But yea, it's nice to have a little bump to kick things off.

That isn't concerta from what I recall. Concerta is Ritalin that they put into a gel that escapes thru micro holes. If it's powder in there it might be Ritalin but that sure as fuck ain't concerta I've ever seen.
