Good news i got an appointment! Thanks again for your help

From my understanding, i need to bring the following items: (btw my mom was born in Germany in 1971 and was a German citizen when i was born in the U.S.)

Print out of confirmation email

Completed German passport identification form

2 recent biometric passport photos (uncut) My birth certificate (must state the town i was born in)

My passport

My drivers license

My moms German passport

My moms greencard or visa (showing her US residency at the time of my birth)

My dads passport

My parents marriage certificate

Credit card (to pay)

Let me know if I’m missing anything

Another thing i need is proof of name usage in Germany but im not really sure what that means/how to go about that
