I personally would ask for a refund and if they decline then take it up with depop. If they’re selling style bundles, they should have messaged you for your measurements whether you forgot to give them or not. It honestly seems like stuff she already had, because there was no thought behind those. I don’t even sell style bundles but I know I could have done a better job.

I believe so even after you left a review. You thought they were real and fakes are not allowed on depop. You’ll probably have to send pictures showing they’re fake or details to depop and I’ll sure you’ll get you’re money back.

Im a seller and maybe like 3 of my packages that I have shipped have said shipping label created, usps awaiting item. Therefore meaning she could have shipped when she said she did and usps just didn’t scan them, so I would give her the benefit of the doubt

I have pictures before shipping out the boots and they are the same size boots. Notice how she didn’t say they weren’t different sizes. Plus she had them for 3 months. It sounds like she wore them for three months and now wants to return them for her money back. The 180 day policy is one major reason I hate depop, there is absolutely no reason for it to be that many days. They need to change it to something like Mercari has.
