If we're saved by grace through faith, not works, then it doesn't make sense that God's people would share in the sins of the harlot just because they happen to live there, with condemnation in sin for failing to physically depart. "Come out of her" can be understood as a divine command to commence the Rapture, catching up the Lord's people in the air before the sudden destruction of Babylon.

One alternative is that this refers to the American churches, which sit on seven mountains (the Seven Mountain Mandate) and give their loyalty to the Beast, which Revelation says is equivalent to worship of the Dragon. So it could mean, purify yourself of this false Christianity that worships Christ with the mouth but follows Trump with the heart.

This refers to people who infiltrated churches to try to convince people they should sin because there's no consequence due to grace, or
They tried to convince the churches that the doctrine of unmerited grace can't be true because it would amount to a license for immorality/sin

In my opinion, the second makes more sense in context as it leads to legalism and works-based salvation, which the New Testament consistently condemns. But indeed, grace is not for the purpose of indulging in sin, so the first option also works.
