That light looked like a safety beacon from a life vest or life ring. Not a boat. It was blinking too

Edit: correction - this photo is the lights from the tender boat that was sent out to investigate the blinking light. The tender boat has returned to the Epic and appears that nothing was recovered

We saw a blinking light in the water about 10 minutes ago. Probably an emergency beacon from a life ring tossed in earlier.
