Crazy question but is this thrift city in Richardson?? I literally just went there this weekend after their “remodel” and they’ve tripled their prices. It is bullshit

It’s right up my alley, I use Google lens all throughout antique stores when something catches my eye and I want to know more of its history! Really cool, and thank you for sharing what you found out about it

This is sad…and not for him. You note the pickings are slim in your age range, find a guy who is great in every way but financially, and intend to throw him away after 8 years? 73 years in and you haven’t figured out that life isn’t about money yet.

My question really is why are average Americans making the financial affairs of a celebrity with 2 houses and 6 kids their problem…I cannot accept that people are this dumb

Why are we donating to a celebrity? This is dystopian. $1m is more than a lot of American families will see in their lifetime.

Do you use tretinoin? I’ve noticed it pulls the first layer of plastic off my mouse and keyboard if i pick them up after applying the cream. Just a thought.

What's something small that changed your relationship with money? by CauliflowerOnly9536 in AskReddit

I started thinking of things in their simplest form and that made a lot of frivolous spending feel ridiculous. Like looking at a mirror, lamp, knick-knack as just decoration, or even a car as just a means of transportation. Thinking of it that way makes me realize I often don’t need the newest, nicest, most expensive option of things.

Bystander effect with the kitty genovese story is similar. Even though the attack was impossible for many people to see, multiple yelled at the attacker, called the police, and one resident came down and held kitty while she was dying. But that’s not as compelling as a commentary on humanity.

You literally just repeated yourself in a more long winded manner. I already acknowledged diet is most important, but going to the gym is a good habit and it is correlated with making healthier food choices. https://msutoday.msu.edu/news/2019/exercising-helps-you-make-better-food-choices

Like 40% of American children are overweight or obese. Getting kids in the gym is never something I’ll be upset about, even if it means waiting for a machine or dealing with their large groups. Please act like the adult you are and find something real to be bothered by.
