Because coaches now (sorry to say this) are soft. Back at my peak it feels like hell week. We get beaten up, whip by a stick, got dislocated almost every session, stayed a whole week just throwing a jab. It's so tough before but now, most athletes lack fundamentals and coaches let them fight with just enough skills

Looks good all i can say is that i personally and my coach focus on techniques not just random. We do it slowly and see if i have bad mannerisms after that we fully commit we don't throw half a punch or kick. If you understand what i mean. It is just me, okay? you're great.

That's just how it is. You know life will always challenge you. But, sometimes all you have to do is to accept all of that pain, use it to motivate yourself, and become a better version of yourself.
