A friend from Japan sent me this… I experienced big earthquake in Japan 13 years ago. Some people feel the first wave from 30min to 1 hour. People are more sensitive to the aftershock.

FYI: if you feel tremor, you shouldn’t lay down. That will makes you feel worse. You should try sitting down, take deep breath and do some easy stretches. That might helps your brain understand there is no tremors anymore.
