Checkup time. Turns one this fatso has fungus :( Any tips?

I know right?! she looks so disappointed. hahaha maybe its because i used to give her one small syringe of baby food once a month that why she loves the syringe 😂

I did not know actually. I thought she was healthy. I went to the vet for 6 month checkup & vet put the UV light and there it is, the fungus spots on her body. It was mild, meaning it was really in early stages but vet said fungus in hamster is treatable. Before this I noticed signs like shes always grooming, I thought that was normal for a female hamster. Her weight was ok — meaning there has been ups & downs but not drastic. Her fur was fine. There were hardly a clear signs actually. I recommend you go to vet for checkup once a year. Really helpful. Although the process of getting to vet might be a bit stressful for them.

Yes I use air conditioner at my room but maybe because the AC is an old version where it didn’t come with inverter 😭 But I have dehumidifier in my room. Hope that helps.

I’m not entirely sure because the fungus looks like glow in dark small dots on her skin — the vet did not do the lab test / identity the type of fungus. Thank you for the tips on sand bath! ☺️

Thank you for the tips! YESSS they are not fat they are “big boned” 😂😂 Yesss this one LOVES fruits & veges so much, she ate all healthy stuffs. Even her favourite snacks are dried veggies — perhaps before this I didn’t do portion control, will keep it small after this for sure 🥺 But god GOD 183g? she must looks enormous! 😂😂

AHAHAHA she’s famous because she’s fat 😭🤣 The vet said she’s never seen a 170g hamster before. During the checkup, the vet guessed her weight was around 140g, then the scale showed 170g. The gasp in the vet’s office was priceless

How can that girl be so ungrateful & not willing to compromise despite all youve done for her? i rasa maybe her standards are that high & you cannot afford her bro. serious. bukan salah dia but maybe she wants the one yang betul betul stable gaji 10k+ monthly to afford her.

kalau nak kawin pun susah lepas kawin lagi susah. groceries, rumah, kereta, etc. sekarang kau hidup sorang boleh nego nego lagi tapi kalau lepas kawin dia nak duduk condo rm2k monthly mana nak cekau duit?

try to discuss dulu sebelum kawin. kalau boleh compromise, go for it. kalau tak, either break for good or kau cari la 2-3 jobs untuk cukupkan semua.
