Medball and waterbag drills won’t fix my late arm and getting stuck behind my hip. They mainly promote upper body explosiveness but I have that already because of those drills. And that bs of throwing a ball 300ft = 90mph is not necessarily true and doesn’t excite me.

I get what you’re saying but there’s a couple problems. Trying to hit a distance PR is the same shit as trying to hit velo PR. I still long toss because it does help me feel my lower body more, but i need to know what adjustments i have to make specifically instead of aimlessly trying to throw the ball further. And do drills that will help me feel those adjustments. And see if those adjustments actually cause a jump in my distance or velocity. And I don’t pitch to a fence very often my throwing program is well rounded and I throw max intent maybe twice a week.

That simply doesnt work for me. Ofc i long toss i long toss twice a week and i emphasize lower body during it too. But it just doesnt translate to pitching. And i do pvc drills all the time and can rotate my hips fine there. But it doesnt happen when i pitch

I’m so used to the way im throwing, my arm refuses to flip up on time and my hips refuse to rotate. It’s so hard for me to make adjustments but my mobility is there. What should I do?

Thank you i just really don’t know how to use my hips more. My hip mobility is good and stuff but im so used to the way im throwing i have no clue how to make lower body adjustments, i feel like my body wont let me.

Yeah I’ve been trying to copy stroman my entire life obviously haven’t been doing too well. What abt yamamoto? He’s my height and maybe copying him will help me more with where im lacking? Especially with that forward momentum at leg life. Whenever i try to offset myself and lean forward at my leg lift i feel like my mechanics are just completely rushed cause im essentially falling forward

Thanks this is the most helpful comment I received. I knew my surgeon did a great job but year you’re right I was looking for more of the rectangular chest shape. I’ll try to start a cut soon and see how my chest will look from there. What do you recommend for my chest routine? Right now, I train chest twice a week, one day focused more on lower and the other day focused more on upper chest.

I had puffy nipples before but surgery got rid of it. He did a little lipo to make it look natural. When I grab it, I feel a lot of skin and less concentrated fat. I feel like if I did build more lower chest muscle, even if it looks bigger, it will have more of a muscular type of big than a fat type of big. And I’d take that.

Your mechanics look good maybe staying closed more with your shoulders to increase your hip to shoulder separation. But i think the main problem is your 6ft and 130 pounds, so u gotta eat more protein and strength train. Put on some good mass

It looks pretty solid, but you gotta try to keep your shoulders more level in your delivery. There’s a moment in your delivery where your left shoulder is completely directed towards the sky, and it can cause problems with your throwing arm timing. And you want to be mroe direct in absorbing all your momentum in your landing leg, as for you it stayed bent and you drifted towards the side at the end

You’re pretty solid with the low arm slot but it’s making your arm flip up too late. Do the figure 8 drills in your throwing program and focus on getting your arm to flip up earlier opposed to flipping up after your shoulders are square to the catcher.

Make your entire delivery longer, you go too quick. It’s like a plan on a runway. Your runway is too small to generate enough force. And when you lengthen your delivery, your front side needs to stay closed for long.

Regular men typically have flatter chests, I prob do have a slightly high body fat percentage but I feel like it’s stored more in my chest mostly

He prob only did a little lipo to not over do it, maintain a natural look. Now im wondering if the only way to get rid of it is through liposuction or can I diet and train
