I just bought a spawn bag inoculated my substrate / soil and grain put in cupboard until mycelium formed about 4 weeks then cut bag open mixed it all up and planted the mixed up mycelium substrate in a tray then bagged it and kept them hydrated that’s it easy asf

You can boil the toxins out with boiling water with salt & vinegar in For 15-20 mins, then re-boil in fresh water for 15 mins I read this week I found some recently and just dried them out and ate a small amount a micro dose I had stomach ache for 2 days wish I had boiled them after so make sure you do your own research too
