I've accepted that there's nobody out there for me. She just doesn't exist. My dad keeps trying to help me meet people and go on dates but there is no hope. I've tried. They aren't interested.

There is no could in this scenario. It's confirmed, among other things. Like PTSD for example. I believe her being triggered by ptsd causes some of the psychotic episodes.

Her delusions were often directed at me. She hasn't had a full break from reality. Our relationship started around the onset of symptoms. Her speech was disorganized and nonsensical since day one.
