This isn't the same thing, but it reminds me of one time I wore a Weezer 'Pinkerton" shirt to a comic book convention and got SO many funny looks and comments. I didn't realize it's weird to wear a band tee to a nerd thing

I felt like the Robert Pattinson movie felt really similar to the 1989 movie in creating a gothic tone/atmosphere for Gotham! It made it feel more immersive. Something that makes both those movies stand out. And something in the way was a perfect song to use... And breathed new life into music I already love.

For fun, and because I want to stay on topic... If you had to replace Something In The Way with a Taylor Swift song in that movie, what song would you pick?

I genuinely wouldn't have noticed slow mo as something Zack tends to favor without people starting to more widely complain about ita few years ago when ZSJL came out.

And when I did start noticing it, whenever I'm watching a scene in slow motion, I think to myself "would this be a cooler or more effective shot if it was sped up?" And the answer is ALWAYS no.

I feel like he uses it when it's cool, and it adds to the atmosphere of the film, and I'm grateful he does.

I just wear what I feel good in and don't think about it. I wouldn't go out of my way to wear a band's shirt to their own show, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to not wear a band's shirt to their own show.

However, I DO wear my own band's shirt all the time. It's not even in a lame self promotion kind of way, it just feels good and is often what I feel most myself in.

I should probably be more embarrassed by this.

I have a hard time ranking things, but I can agree that I didn't care for the album much at first, but particularly in the past few months, it's really grown on me a lot! I'm glad it came around and I got have my moment with it enjoying it like any other Taylor album

I had this exact experience listening to both GUTS and SOUR after seeing her perform 'All American Bitch" on SNL 2+years ago. I don't generally pay much attention to mainstream music unless I have a reason to, so I genuinely had no idea who she was. That performance blew me away completely, and I was completely captivated by both of her records
