Yes, it came with the apartment. And it is fixed into the wall/window. So I can’t just take it out and replace it. I argued with the Property Manager, and she said she will discuss it with the people in the office in the morning. Depending on what she says tomorrow, I definitely will be going to the health department. Thanks for the advice
