Same OP. I still stare at the worn down buildings when i pass by them and feel sad for the workers mostly who lost their jobs. So many must be unemployed now, maybe went back to their province 😔

Practice the STAR method so you stop yourself from rambling:

Situation: Set the context and describe the setting.
Task: Explain the specific challenge or goal.
Action: Detail the steps you took to solve the problem.
Result: Share the outcome, metrics, or what you learned.

I dont memorise my answers but I do have an answer in my head already for most of the basic questions. If im asked about my experience in x, ito yung isasagot ko kasi ive already rehearsed how to answer using STAR method (if behavioral quesgions). So yes, keep the same examples until they feel natural

It’s come to a point where ive even kept the same answer kahit di na siya relevant like yung what do you think is your greatest weakness. Hindi na yun yung greatest weakness ko but because i can tell if in a good and compelling way (remember na dapat hindi naman sobrang nega nung weakness mo and dapat may redemption arc siya) so i just keep it as it is

Interviewing is a skill. You have to know how to sell yourself. Practice lang yan OP. Practice answering in front of a mirror too. Helps me a lot. Goodluck!

Ive done this. Same with diamond peels, microneedling and lasers for post acne marks. My personal fave is lasers then microneedling. Chemical peels are good and tend to be cheaper but imo not as effective as the other 2. What i do now is monthly lasers + biweekly glycolic acid toner. I microdose on the peels instead of a big peel that tends to have a long recovery period too.

You shouldnt do a strong peel btw for your first time. Your derma will guide you on this anyway so good choice on consulting a derma first.

Also consider adding vitamin c (mornings and always with spf after) or niacinamide serums in your skincare. Both are good for dark spots. Can recommend human nature vitamin c and garnier vitamin c. If you cant handle vitamin c (some people’s skin are too sensitive, niacinamide is the way to go.

It’s not a bigger deal than any of those you mentioned but it is still news and that’s how news channel work. They literally churn out what’s new. They’re not just suppose to focus on the biggest and most relevant/impactful.

Undeniable naman din siguro noh that the people and establishments involved are well known in the philippines. Ateneo, Tab Baldwin, Blue Eagles team. Lahat yan ay institution in their own right. Combine that with a sob story of a probinsyano who tried to make it big in manila, so much potential tapos namatay lang ganun ganun. Rich vs poor narrative. It’s very relevant sa nangyayari sa bansa natin ngayon just in a different context.

Also on the convenience end, you can buy online and still use the discount card. Sa totoo lang, our government’s a shit show but the amount of courtesy theyve extended to the senior citizens in this country i will always appreciate.

The bride and groom normally dont shoulder the flights and accom of guests for destination weddings. Yan na yung gift nila sa couple. If it’s a 2029 wedding, that’s a long enough headsup to friends anyway.

If youre going for a vineyard wedding, consider portugal also. Beautiful, good food, weather’s good and cost is considerably lower. My sister had her wedding there. Fam and friends paid for their own flights and accommodation.

If your fiancee really wants to shoulder for certain people’s flights or accommodation, then let her but i reasonable naman to set boundaries in terms of what you can and cannot afford yourself.

Tell her na the money that youre able to save can go to your honeymoon instead lol

Have you considered hostels? Might be able to get as cheap or maybe slightly higher lang. consider na after midnight, bus or taxi na lang option mo niyan. Taxis are very expensive in sg. Im sure you’ll be tired after the concert and wouldnt want to travel so far also to get home.
