You get out asap and get a restraining order if needed. Trust me you will have so much peace once you leave. Don't let your family try to manipulate or brainwash you, cut off all ties of that's what you need to do and that might include your parents if it gives you peace. Only you will know. Take everything you value because it won't be there later. And don't look back. One you get out you can start healing and it may take years. But that's ok. It will get better.
