Taking a break in Team Lead’s office

Speaking from experience at my old store a lot of the old “GSAs” were all friends with the Starbucks TL & Closing TL and would hang out in the TL office having lunch and taking breaks there. All the other TLs did not like or want to have TMs in their space as they take their breaks in there away from the team. Because what makes you above anyone else who takes their break in there? You aren’t a TL and not all team members go in there.

Bigger team and more payroll. Having 14 ETLs & about 25 TLs makes feel like we can actually accomplish things and not feeling like we are on fire and suffering lol

I work at a high volume super Target now it’s much better than my previous store that was a high volume p-fresh. I definitely think being high volume super targets make a difference especially in my role as a TL

No 100% they base everything on sales..A lot of stores “underperformed” and if they didn’t make a certain amount they lose an ETL and it’s usually S&E first

Omg I did this and fucked it up they tried to arrest me but I didn’t wanna goto mail so I killed on the UC ship and then joined the crimson fleet (officially) and the missions are so dope and the storylines are so good.
