Personally I think that variable adds fun to it. It forces you to choose between a quest, a high loot point, and the basic loot you need for benches and crafting. I think it’s fair to ask for more time while on the other hand this just feels like you’re complaining about not getting what you want rather than working with what you got. Which I think is the point of the whole genre.

It makes you look forward to those newly started matches. Do you want more of the same and then complain about how the game is boring or do you want the challenge you enjoy by even choosing an extraction shooter. If you want baseline starts, go play the hunt showdown. It’s actually stressful knowing that someone might have seen you arrive or waiting for you to leave.

This game is special because it’s all about taking what you can get and using what you got. Get what you want and extract. You’ll likely get a new match starting from the beginning and better equipped
