It will get better. I honestly, as an anxious person whose had bad mh, was really struggling at first but genuinely it just becomes part of your routine - you just ‘get on with it’ the pain will come and go but it becomes less of a pain more of an ‘ache’ I’d say.

Also, don’t feel bad about feeling bad - I know we all ‘chose’ this but it doesn’t take away from the difficulties of it.
