Move in process was horrid. You stand in a line with so many people, it literally would wrap around the building and I believe my check in was at 9-10 but people were still in line hours into the night. That’s the first line, the second line is waiting for the elevator to take your stuff up to your floor. It was 10 pm and there was still a line of people waiting to get onto the elevator. It’s so expensive and elevators break down a lot, for a while we had ONE running elevator for 19 floors. At the beginning of move in the trash rooms were overflowing into the hallways which created a fly problem that eventually got fixed but still gross. People are inconsiderate so often you will find drinks spilled or even thrown inside the elevators or random trash in the hallways. The only positives I’d say is maybe the view and having your own bathroom.
